CIMC Vehicles Shandong Co., Ltd., located in Mingshui Economic Development Zone, Jinan, China, is a joint venture consisted of Shenzhen CIMC Heavy Duty Machinery Co., Ltd. and Jinan-Koegel Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. At present, it has been a backbone enterprise of special refitting vehicles in North China.

The technology of the refrigerated & insulated van body is from Germany. The characteristics and advantages are as follows:
1. The weight of the body is 40% lighter than the traditional metal
body, and 15% than the non-metal body.
2. The K value of the van body is less than 0.3W/m2k.
3. The service life the van body is 5 times longer than the
traditional bodies.
The semi-trailer is our important exploiting product in the future. We are
dedicating to study the high technology in semi-trailers which we
have built a good brand in China and overseas. We have confidence

years ago. Today, in order to suit the different liquid's
transportation, we have been studying the new non-ferrous metal and
the aluminum alloy tanker truck, and have got large development in

the tipper their world specifications. At the same time, we are
also one of the biggest and specialized refitting companies
appointed by the SINOTRUK.

As the predecessor of CIMC Vehicles (Shandong) Co., Ltd, Jinan Vehicles Refitting Factory established in 1958 was one of the earliest companies for special vehicles with the long development history and abundant strength.
In 1993, and Jinan Vehicles Refitting Factory established a joint venture.
In 2003, CIMC Vehicles purchased Jinan CIMC-koegel Special Automobile Co., Ltd.
In 2004, CIMC expropriated 34 hectares in Mingshui Economic Developing Zone of Jinan and invested hundred million yuan to build CIMC Industry Zone.
In 2005, the company was officially named as CIMC Vehicles Shandong Co., Ltd.
In the future, Shandong CIMC will adhere to studying and developing new products, keeps the leading position in special automobile industry of China, make use of group advantages. Based upon domestic market, the company is making great efforts to develop the international market, building itself into a special truck manufacturing base with producing and selling 30,000 units a year.
